||Ms. Seiter has been teaching band at Washington Junior High School in Manitowoc, Wisconsin since 2002. She teaches band and jazz band to seventh, eighth, and ninth grade students as well as small group learning. She has been the assistant marching band director at Lincoln High School in Manitowoc and has also team taught the 6th grade band at three elementary schools.
Ms. Seiter is a strong advocate and implements the Comprehensive Musicianship through Performance (CMP) model in her teaching. When not teaching, she plays oboe and English horn in the Sheboygan Symphony Orchestra and is a member of WMEA and NAfME.
Ms. Seiter completed her Bachelors of Music Education from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 2002 and her Masters of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Adaptive Education from Alverno College in 2010. Kati is currently serving as the President-Elect for the WMEA.
