Washington Middle School students who wish to participate in sports will not have to pay athletic participation fees and do not need to have a medical physical completed! 

Forms that need to be completed prior to sports participation are: 
MPSD Middle School Athletic Code Information
MPSD Code of Conduct and Waiver (one per year, turned in to office)
Sports Medicine Emergency Information and Consent (one per sport, turned in to coach)

Fall Sports:
Girls Volleyball- 7th & 8th
Football- 7th & 8th
Cross Country- 6th, 7th, 8th
Soccer- 6th, 7th, 8th

Winter Sports:
Boys Basketball- 7th & 8th
Girls Basketball- 7th & 8th
Swimming- 6th, 7th, 8th
Wrestling- 6th, 7th, 8th

Spring Sports:
Track- 6th, 7th, 8th
Tennis- 6th, 7th, 8th
Golf- 6th, 7th, 8th
Girls Volleyball (mini season)- 6th 

Other Sports:
Cheer
